I started teaching in Manning, SC, in 1980, at Manning Middle School and Manning High School. I moved to Bell Street Middle School in 1990 and helped open Clinton Middle School in 2015. Its going to be a wonderful year.

I graduated from Dorman High School in Spartanburg and received my Bachelor of Music degree and Master of Arts degree from Furman University in Greenville, S.C.

My biggest request of all parents is that you get involved with the band. We will need lots of help to make this year successful. Please plan to help at concerts, trips, and most especially be at all our performances. Nothing helps a child more than to know that their parents support them and love them.
